Oojami's Necmi Cavli started a whole genre and in 10 years the band have honed their skills to make Bellydancing Breakbeat a universally popular dance form. An eclectic live dance band featuring Aktar (ex-Asian Dub Foundation).
Oojami mix up their Turkish and Arabic roots into a jumping Festival mayhem.

Over the last six years Oojami has produced 3 albums played hundreds of gigs in over fourteen countries, toured the US, Canada and UK and featured on more than thirty compilations.

In its live incarnation Oojami combines belly dancers with mesmerising Sufi dancing, providing a vivid musical experience for the eyes.
